We understand that unexpected events happen in our daily lives that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This will allow time to fill your spot.
Your credit card information will be required upon scheduling with Wholistic Approach Massage & Wellness.
Same day cancellations/same day rescheduling and NO-SHOWS:
Calling to cancel or reschedule an appointment in less that the required 24 hour notice along with No-Show appointments will be billed the FULL cost of every session scheduled for that day and further services will be denied until the fee is paid (if no credit card is on file)
NOTE: Your credit card will be charged this fee no matter if you were paying for your services with cash, check, credit card, or gift certificate.
ARRIVING LATE: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if you are an existing client and 15 minutes early if you are a new client. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. ANY tardiness at your time of service will result in shortening of your scheduled session, you will still be charged the full amount of the cost of the original session scheduled.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES: We ask that if you need to make changes to your existing appointment that you do so within the 24 hour time frame as well. If changes are not made within the 24 hours you will still be charged the full amount for the original service you requested and or booked (example: changing from a 90 minute to a 60 minute massage session without a 24 hour notice)
HOW TO RESCHEDULE/CHANGE/OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT: It is YOUR responsibility to reschedule/change/or cancel your appointment. You can make adjustments to your scheduled service through our online booking site.
We appreciate your time and for allowing us to participate in your overall wellness. Thank you for understanding that our time is just as valuable as yours.
In case of inclement weather, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Our main priority is keeping you and our staff safe. Sometimes, not a lot of warning can be given but we will make every effort to give you as much warning as possible.
If you are sick, please stay home. We understand that you don't always know 24 hours in advance if you are going to be sick, so we do allow grace for that in our attendance policy and will reschedule your appointment.
The same rules apply for our staff, if we are sick, we stay home. If this occurs, we will notify you as quickly as we can and get your appointment rescheduled.
